Return Policy

At The Queens of Social Work, all of our merchandise are printed on demand and custom-made specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction. However, if there are issues with the product you received, we are happy to assist with a replacement.


Eligibility for Replacement or Exchange

You are eligible for a replacement or exchange if:


  • The item you received is damaged.
  • The item is defective due to printing errors.
  • You received the wrong item in your order.
  • Your order fails to arrive after the estimated delivery time.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any other reasons, including general dissatisfaction or ordering the wrong product.


Time Frame for Reporting Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if you have not received your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement. Requests made after this time period may not be eligible for a replacement.


Replacement Process

To request a replacement:


  1. Contact us here with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. For damaged or defective items, please include photos of the damage or defect in your message.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, we will send you a replacement order at no additional cost.

Refunds

Since all items are custom printed, refunds are not provided unless we are unable to fulfill a replacement for a damaged or defective item. In such rare cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
