 Social workers of color often face significant challenges due to systemic racism, underfunding, overwhelming caseloads and a lack of adequate resources.  These dedicated professionals work tirelessly to support others, yet they are frequently left without the support they need.

The Queens of Social Work Podcast was created to be a lifeline—a safe space where social workers of color can come to vent, share experiences, find laughter, and discover the tools and resources necessary to overcome these obstacles.  Our mission is to empower, uplift, and equip these incredible individuals so they can continue to make a difference in their communities.
