We created this podcast as a way to blow off steam and vent about our jobs. If you're in this field, you know how difficult it can be to navigate the day to day. There are days when you're literally counting down the seconds until you clock out and there are many days when you don't even realize you've stayed beyond the end of your shift and while this can be said for many professions, social work is a very nuanced profession. Those who know, know. Another reason we created this podcast is that we were a source of support for each other in a toxic and hostile workplace and found our day-to-day discussions to be enriching, educational and entertaining.
